The client
Telstra is Australia’s leading telecommunications and information services company. Telstra Business offers IT and telecommunications solutions specifically tailored to the needs of Australian businesses.
What they needed
In 2009 one of Telstra’s digital agencies engaged us to write a series of case studies that would show Australian businesses why they should use Telstra Business for their IT and telecommunications needs.
What we did
We wrote 11 case studies detailing Telstra’s engagement with clients including Jetstar, NAB and the North Queensland Cowboys (NRL team). To write the case studies, we were provided with some background information, some audio recordings of interviews already conducted with clients, transcripts of those interviews, and client names and phone numbers in case we needed further information. We conducted a number of interviews ourselves, and supplied all case studies within the agreed timeframe.
